Suspect arrested: Marty Perryman, Santa Fe, NM, age 45

On November 10th, Deputies responded to the above address concerning an intoxicated male. Deputies identyfied the above subject laying on the side of the roadway and in possession of suspected marijuana.  Subject was arrested without incident.

Location of arrest:  Airport Road & Camino Juliana, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Alyc Duran, age 21, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Bench warrant out of Municipal Court charging failure to appear and Possession of a controlled substance to wit:  Marijuana, Driving on a suspended license, No insurance, Lighted lamps are required.

Suspect was observed in vehicle westbound on Airport Road at Paseo del Sol with no tail lights.  Suspect was stopped and identified.  Suspect had a warrant out of Municipal Court.  Before searching suspect, he advised he had a bag of marijuana in his pocket.  He did not have a driver's license in his possession in which his name was run through DMV and came back suspended.  Driver did not have proof of insurance.  He was then arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Pending

Several Juveniles were detained an questioned regarding Criminal damage at the Edgwood Elementary school.  It appears Breaking and entering occurred. this case is under investigation.

Location: Bishop's Lodge Resort   1297 Bishop's Lodge Road

Suspect: Sigfredo Vigil   Age: 29  Pojoaque

Sigfredo Vigil was arrested for Felony Criminal Damage to Propertry after deputies responded to Bishops lodge Resort for a fight in progress.  During the altercation, Vigil is reported to have kicked on of the large ornamental doors to the Lodge causing damages over $1000.00.

Location:  400 block of Santa Fe County Road 84, Santa Fe, NM (El Rancho)

Victim stated he observed a male subject in his residence when he arrived home.  Victim stated he chased a male subject wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.  Victim stated he hit the male subject with a stick on the head.  Victim advised that the male subject then punched him on the forehead and then continued to run.  It is unknown what was taken from the residence at this time.  Owner arrived at residence after incident occurred.

Suspect:  16 year old male, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  DWI, Careless Driving, Violation of provisional driving act

Driver was travelling southbound on St. Francis Drive at Paseo de Peralta.  Driver jerked the vehicle forward; then proceeded on West Alameda and was not able to maintain his traffic lane.  Driver was stopped and found to be impaired.  Driver was arrested amd jad a Brac of .05, .05.  Driver had underage person(s) in vehicle past midnight.  JPPO refused to incarcerate.  Driver was released to his mother.

Location:  US 84/285 mm 175, Santa Fe, NM (Tesuque) 

Suspect:  Mark Paz, age 55, Truth or Consequences,NM

Charged:  DWI, Driving on roadways laned for traffic

On 11/10/07 at approximately 1244 hours, suspect was observed operating his white Dodge RPC pickup south on US84/285 at mm 175.  Suspects vehicle was observed failing to maintain its lane by crossing over the right edge line twice and the center divide line once.  Suspect displayed signs of impairment on the field sobriety tests.  Suspecct then submitted to a preliminary breth test with showed positive for the presence of alcohol.  Suspect was arrested and submitted to a breath test in which his Brac was .11 and .11.  Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

 Sometime Between the hours of 02:45am on 11/7/2007 and 07:45am unknown suspects entered the victims vehicle and took the radio and two sweaters.

Sometime between 0430 and 2100 on 11/9/07, unknown person(s) burglarized victim's home and took the above items.  Entry was gained through a window on the north side.  Suspects and witnesses are unknown at this time.
