Suspect: Mark Montoya, 26, Chimayo, NM

On Tuesday, May 8, 2018, at approximately 4:35pm, deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate who had an outstanding arrest warrant. The warrant was for the charges of Battery Against a Household Member and Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
