Victim reported to Deputy an ex-partner forced entry into a home and struck the victim. The victim sustained minor injury to the face. Case is under investigation.

Location: I-25 MM 285, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies conducted a welfare check on above subject.  Subject admitted to injecting cocaine. SFST's were administered and showed signs of impairment. NM Implied Consent Advisory was read and suspect refused chemical testing (blood draw).  Subject was arrested and booked at ADC.

Arrested: Isaac Greco   41, California

Charges: Possession of controlled substance to wit: Meth, Possession of drug paraphernalia

Deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a suspicious person with a firearm. During the investigation, it was learned that the male subject had an active warrant out of California for his arrest. In addition, the subject was found in possession of a white powder crystal substance and a yellow smoking pipe with residue. Subject was arrested and booked at ADC.

Items Taken: Miscellaneous Hand Tools($2850)

Victim stated that at 2:23 a.m. on August 24, 2019 2 Unknown males broke into the above listed vehicle and stole multiple tools valued at $2850.00. Victim stated he knew there was 2 males because he caught them on his doorbell camera. There is no suspect info available at this time.This investigation is ongoing.

On Sunday August 25, 2019 at approximately 3:19 PM I was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary call.The above victim stated between the hours of 9:30 AM and 3:00 PM and unknown suspect entered her residence through an unlocked window on the south east side of the residence. The suspect took the listed items and exited the door on the east side of the residence. Case is ongoing.

Suspect punched the victim (Girlfriend) in the face while they were leaving the establishment, which was caught on video footage. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.

On Friday, August 23, 2019, I was dispatched to above listed address in reference to criminal damage to property.Contact was made with an employee who advised unknown suspect'ss damaged a shed siding, two security cameras, a flood light and took a pad lock and door latch.Incident occurred between 8:00 AM on 8/20/2019 and 1:30 PM 8/23/2019.No other information available.

Incident: Possession of a Controlled Substance (2counts)

Incident Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM, 87508

Suspect: 41 year old Michael Chavez, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

  On Sunday August 25, 2019 at approximately 11:30 am Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate in possession of narcotics. Sheriff's Deputies made contact with staff who reported 41 year old Michael Chavez was found to be in possession of (2) different kinds of narcotics. The narcotics were taken into evidence and Mr. Chavez was charged.

0219014896, trafficking a controlled substance to wit Heroin, 8-24-2019

Suspect: Michael Chavez  41 Santa Fe NM

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: trafficking a controlled substance to wit; meth; possession of a controlled substance to wit; marijuana;  controlled or counterfeit substance; distribution prohibited (suboxone)

Deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotic violation.  Corrections officers conducted a search on the above subject and located 2 baggies of a black tar substance,  183 orange film like substance, 2 baggies of a green leafy substance, and a small baggie of a white powdery substance on his person.  Items were field tested and tested positive for Heroin, meth and marijuana. Subject charged and re-booked accordingly.

Victim reported sometime between  8:00 PM on 8/22 and 6:00 AM on 8/23, the school's football field and concession stand had been broken into and vandalized.  Case is under investigation.
