The above named individual was contacted following a traffic stop for attempting to race another car on Airport Road headed westbound. When the Deputy asked for insurance and registration, the defendant handed the Deputy the items requested, which were inside a plastic document holder. Inside the document holder was found a bindle of a substance field tested to be Cocaine. The defendant was arrested and booked accordingly.

On the above date the victim was found deceased in his residence by neighbor after the neighbor got worried because she had not seen him in over a month. The cause of death is unknown and the investigation is still ongoing.

Once entry was gained a brown leather purse was taken from inside the vehicle. It was later located at a residence down the street on the driveway by a neighbor and returned to the victim. $50.00 in cash was missing from the purse.
