Case# 0208003700 Burglary Residence 5/5/08

Location of Incident: 2000 Block of Lopez Lane SFNM

Victim: 86 year old male

Sometime between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., unknown persons gained entry throught the unlocked front door rummaged through the residence but it appears nothing was reported to be taken. No suspects are knoown at this time. Case pending.

Case# 0208003662 Unlawful takeing of a Motor Vehicle 5/4/08

Vehicle taking: 1994 Dodge Ram 1500 New Mexico GXZ-236 Green in Color

Victim: 35 year old male

Suspect: Female ex-girlfriend age unknown

Victim report his girlfriend took his vehicle without permission her where abouts are unknow, case pending.

0208003669 DWI 05-04-08

Location of Incident: State Road 502 at State Road 4  Santa Fe, NM 87544

Suspect/Arrested: Andres Archuleta 31 YOA 2083 Camino Lado Santa Fe, NM 87501

 

On 05-04-08 at approx. 10:00 pm the above subject was involved in a motor vehicle crash in the Pojoaque Terrace Mobile Home Park.  Subject fled the area and later crashed again at the above location.  Subject was visibly impaired and was transported by ambulance to the hospital due to injuries sustained in the crash.  Upon being released from the hospital the suspect was arrested and booked at the Santa Fe County Detention Center on the charge of DWI.  A legal blood draw was obtained and the results are pending.

Location of Incident: US 84/285 North at County Rd. 88  Santa Fe. NM 87506

Suspect/Arrested: Dean Santistevan 40YOA  20A Amber Ln. Taos NM 87571

 

On 5-4-08 at approx. 5:43 pm a traffic stop was made with a vehicle at the above location for speeding.  Upon contact with the driver he was identified as the above listed suspect.  Suspect displayed several signs of impairment and submitted to field sobriety tests which he was unable to perform.  Suspect was arrested and submitted to a breath test.   Results of the tests were .10, .10 BrAc.

Suspect/Arrested: Timothy Armijo 44 YOA  5B Lucy Rd. Santa Fe NM 87507

 

On May 3, 2008 a traffic stop was made with the above suspect as he was observed driving recklessly  at the above location.  Upon contact the subject showed several signs of impairment and admitted to taking prescription medication.  Subject was arrested and submitted to a blood test.  Results of the test are pending.  Subject was booked at the Santa Fe County Detention Center on the charge of DWI and Driving on roadways laned for traffic.

0208003670 Burglary 05-05-08

Location: 3 Hide Away Lane, Edgewood N.M.

On the above date, the above officer responded to the above location with regards to a report of a burglary.  Upon officers's arrival he met with the neighbor who advised that unknown person(s) shatterred the rear sliding glass door to the residence gaining access.  Upon entering, the suspect(s) went to the master bedroom and went through the cabinets and drawers.  The tenant identified as Mr. Huston was out of the State and it is unknown if any tiems were taken from the home.

Location: State Rd. 599 SFNM

Arrested: Jeremy Martinez DOB: 06-15-87

On the above date, the above suspect was traveling on State Rd. 599 adn failed to maintain his lane of traffic.  Upon making contact, he displayed signs of impairment.  He alos admitted to drinking two beers prior to the stop.  Mr. Martinez had a .11 and .13 BrAC and was arrested.  He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and Booked accordingly.

0208003653 Criminal Damage to Property 05-04-08

Location: 169 Calle Lazo Erante SFNM

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above named location regarding a report of four unknown males armed with baseball bats that had damaged the victim's vehilce and his friend's home.  Deputies arrived within minutes and attempted to loctae the suspects to no avail.  The victims estimated the damages at approximately $2, 000.00.

Location: West Frontage Rd/Mutt Nelson SFNM

Arrested: Ramiro Medrano DOB: 12-02-84

On the above date, the above named defendant was was observed parked in his vehicle on the shoulder of the West Frontage Rd at Mutt Nelson.  Upon making contact with him, he displayed signs of impairment.  The suspect had admitted to drinking alcohol earlier in the day.  He had a BrAC of .07.  He also di not possess any type of driver's license.  He was transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center and Booked Accordingly.

Case #0208003634 Larceny/Receiving Stolen Property 5/3/08

Location of incident: Evergreen lane, SFNM (El Rancho NM)

Victim: 56 year old female

Suspect/arrested: Robert Taylor DOB: 9/15/87 Charged with Receiving Stolen Property.

The above was suspected of stealing misc. jewelry from  his step mother in the amount of $9,000.00, suspect later located in the City attempting to get to Albuquerque, New Mexico to catch flight out of state. Was found to be in possession of the jewelry was arrested and booked accordingly. Subject possibly has outstanding warrant(s) out of Pennsylvania but they are not automated and request on warrants will be delayed for two weeks and sent by mail to ORI.
