Case#: 0208004440/ Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Minor Under the Influence/ Date: 05/26/08

Location of arrest: #2 Sandia Lane, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado Subdivision)

Suspect:  Ryan Mulcahy, age 18, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor

On 5/26/08 deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to a loud party.  Upon arrival deputies made contact with the suspect who stated that he owned the house and was responsible for the party.  Suspect stated that he had a few friends over and that he had 2 beers.  He stated that there were several guests under the age of 18.  A male who was under 18 years of age told us that he was the owner of the residence and he was highly intoxicated.  Several open containers of beer were located inside and outside of the residence.  Suspect was then placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Case#: 0208004419/ Aggravated DWI, Driving on Roadways laned for traffic, Open Container/ Date: 05/25/08

Location of arrest:  State Road 14 mm 45, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Jose Perez-Hernandez Jr., age 28, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Driving on roadways laned for traffic, Open Container, Driver to be licensed, Improper use of registration, No Insurance

On 5/25/08, suspect while travelling on SR 14 mm 45 failed to maintain his lane 3 times.  Suspect displayed signs of impairment .  Suspect was found in possession of an open can of Bud-light beer.  Suspect showed signs of impairment during SFST's.  Suspect was arrested and asked to submit to a breath test.  He stated "no".  Suspect did not have a driver's license.  License plate was registered to a 1988 Mazda.  Suspect could not provide insurance.

Case#: 0208004416/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 05/24/08

Location:  15 New Mexico State Road 106, Espanola, NM

On 5/24/08 unknown suspects entered victim's vehicle while vehicle was parked at the above location.  Suspects gained entry to the vehicle by knocking into the door the door key lock.  Once key lock was pushed into door suspect gained entry and removed a Dewalt saw kit, radar detector, 2 Carhart jackets and glasses.  Estimated amonty taken is $1200.00.  Unknown on estimated value of damage.

Case#: 0208004414/ Battery on a peace officer/ Aggravated DWI/ Motor Vehicle Crash with Injury/ Date: 05/24/08

Location:  Airport Road west of Zepol Road, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Melissa Chavez, age 26, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery on a peace officer, Aggravated DWI

On 5/24//08, suspect was travelling eastbound on Airport Road.  Deputy Coles stopped a vehicle on Airport Road and that vehicle had stopped in the center turning lane.  Suspect struck Deputy Coles in the hand causing non-life threatening injuries.  Suspect was stopped and found to be impaired.  Suspect was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent Act in which she agreed to be tested.  Her BrAC was .15.  Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.  Deputy Coles was treated and released from St. Vincent Hospital.

Case#: 0208004409/ Abandonment or abuse of a child, DWI, Driving on roadways laned for traffic/ Date: 05/24/08

Suspect:  Toby Vigil Jr., age 55, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Abandonment or abuse of a child, DWI, Driving on roadways laned for traffic

On 5/24/08 at 1934 hours, Vigil Jr. while travelling northbound on SR14 at mm 44, failed to maintain his lane by crossing over the center divide line once.  Suspect prior to the traffic stop was reported as a possible drunk driver.  Suspect displayed signs of impairment.  Suspect showed signs of impairment during SFST's.  Suspect was arrested and submitted to a breath test; his BrAC was .08, .08.  During the investigation, it was discovered that suspect's 10 year old grand-daughter was inside the vehicle during the traffic stop.  He was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location of arrest:  69 Avenida Frijoles, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Kathryn McGlynn, age 53, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  DWI, Careless Driving

On 5/24/08, Kathryn McGlynn was in a 2007 blue in color Subaru while intoxicated.  She struck several trees, shrubs, and a transformer box at the above address.  Suspect admitted to consuming alcohol prior to driving. She submitted to SFST's and was found to be impaired.  She was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent Act and submitted to a breath test.  Her BrAC results were .10, .10.  She was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Case#: 0208004391, False Imprisonment/ Battery against a household member/ Interference with Communications/ Date: 05/23/08

Location of arrest:  53 Churchill Road, Santa Fe, NM (off Dinosaur Trail)

Suspect:  Charles Romo, age 41, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  False Imprisonment, Battery against a household member, Interference with Communications

On 5/23/08 at approximately 2143 hours, deputies responded to a domestic dispute at the above location.  Deputies arrived on scene and heard arguing coming from within.  Deputies made contact with suspect, Charles Romo who stated that he and his girlfriend got into an argument due to her coming home late and her drinking.  He stated that they argued and that she wanted to leave in which he did not let her go.  Victim stated that she arrived home and that they got into an argument.  She stated that her boyfriend struck her on her nose, her lips and also the back of her head with his hand or forearm.  She stated that she wanted to leave and he refused to let her go.  She stated that she went into the kitchen and called 911 and he unplugged the telephone.  Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

0208004382, Death Investigation, 5/23/08

Location: Pojoaque Terrace Mobile Home Park     Pojoaque Area

Deceadant: George J. Loddy JR.   Age 64

Mr. Loddy was found deceased in his home this date.  He appears to have died within the last few days.  Mr. Loddy had no signs of trauma and No foul play is suspected.  Case is under investigation by the Medical Investigator and the Sheriff's Office.

Stolen: 32" Flat Screen TV

Sometime today between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, unknown person(s) kicked in the door to the victim's residence and stole a 32" Flat Screen TV set from the living room area.
