Mission StatementThe principle objective of the Santa Fe County Purchasing Division is to acquire quality goods and services for the County at fair and reasonable prices. The Purchasing Division strives to meet this objective by competitive purchasing from vendors through the issuance of requests for quotes (RFQ's), Invitation for Bids (IFB's) and Request for Proposals (RFP's). At this web site you will find the current bid and proposal packages open for competitive offers, as well as information to register as a vendor with the County if you are not currently registered and how obtain a vendor registration form to be completed and returned to Santa Fe County. Vendor Information and Vendor Registration FormIt is our goal to see that all interested vendors have the opportunity to conduct business with Santa Fe County; as a matter of fact we depend upon it. You can also receive this form by sending correspondence to the Santa Fe County Purchasing Division requesting to be placed on the County's vendor list. Once the vendor application is completed and returned, whenever an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal is issued for your product, you will be sent a solicitation.
